Downward Dog Modifications

These are some of my favorite plus size modifications for downward facing dog. Yoga is an amazing practice, and with practice and using these options you can build up in your ability!

These actually change my mindset on so many exercises as well bc so many use this stance*. I use a bunch of your mods for other issues than weight and they pretty much changed my abilities to A+!
